Terms of Use
Draft — last updated 2026-08-21. This is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer before real users rely on it. See also the Privacy Policy.
What Mouvyo is
A digital sports identity for a gymnast: her profile, training videos, competition results, and performance videos in one place. It is not an open social network — there are no public like counts, open comments, or unrestricted messaging.
Accounts
Gymnasts 14 and up can create and manage their own account. A gymnast 13 or under must have her account created and managed by a parent or guardian — there is no separate login for a child. Anyone else (a coach, a fan, family) can create a regular account to browse, follow, and get notified.
Your content
You keep ownership of any photo or video you upload. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant Mouvyo the right to store and display it back to you and to whoever you've made it visible to, per your own visibility settings.
Claiming a profile
If a profile exists from imported competition results before you have an account, you can claim it as yours. A platform admin reviews every claim before it's approved — a claim never transfers ownership automatically.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or that depicts someone else without their consent.
- Don't claim a profile that isn't yours.
- Don't use the follow/report features to harass anyone.
Any signed-in user can report a profile; a platform admin reviews reports and can hide, unclaim, or remove a profile that violates these terms.
Changes
As the app is still under active development, these terms may change. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
